A SOUND BATH is a tool that assists one in connecting with that which is unchanging within. Regularly receiving a Sound-Massage and/or a Sound Bath has to capacity to create and support pathways within the body, mind and heart that support the releasing of tension and a tuning in with the self. In many people, this can present as greater sense of clarity and ease within their lives as well as supporting the body's self-healing capacity.
FEE - MINIMUM $10 -$15 - $25 ++ CASH LOVE DONATION IS SUGGESTED as an exchange for the loving energy, wisdom, healing and camaraderie received; to cover overhead and snacks; and, to pay it forward and help to continue services for all. We invite you to experience a dance of sound blended with waves of breathwork, guided meditation, and yin-inspired yoga. Being that June 9th is a full-moon, the invitation is to graciously release all that no longer serves.
Elaine Wujcik will be providing a sound bath including Himalayan Singing Bowls; Wendy Brown will be leading the yoga and meditations. Bring pillows, blankets, and whatever you need to be comfortable.

Rejuvenate mind, body and spirit with the deeply relaxing sounds from Himalayan singing bowls. Elaine Wujcik, a Peter Hess Sound-Massage Practitioner, will lead this hour-long Sacred Sound Meditation that will include singing bowls, gong, chimes, and tingshas.
Please bring what you would need to be comfortable laying on a hardwood floor in stillness for up to 45 minutes: including multiple yoga mats (for cushioning) or a thick cushioned mat, blankets, pillows, eye pillow, etc. At minimum most people will need 1+ yoga mats and pillow beneath head, rolled blanket beneath knees and blanket for covering to be comfortable.
Please arrive by 5:15p to set up.
Some chairs available for seating, if preferred.

Rejuvenate and realign yourself this spring with weekly Sound Baths!
Each Monday evening in May join us to release stress and tension, while discovering the cumulative effects of a regular relaxation practice. Himalayan singing bowls assist the body, mind and spirit to remember a harmony within: Realization of this harmony allows for deep relaxation and renewal.
Hour sessions will include a brief overview and discussion followed by a 45 minute Sound Bath from Himalayan singing bowls. Bring any additional props (eye pillows and/or any favorite pillow or blanket) to allow comfort during 45 minutes of stillness. Bolsters and blankets provided by Razz Yoga.
Classes will be led by Elaine Wujcik, a Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner and RYT-200.

Chakra Balancing & Meditation
Incorporating stretching, discussion, meditation, & grounding practices, Sarah Strahorn will guide participants to both gain awareness of the chakras and initiate a chakra cleansing.
5 Elements Yoga
Led by Meghan Charles this class will explore the 5 elements of nature (earth, water, fire, air, and space) through yogic postures, breath work, mantra & meditation to help deepen our connection to ourselves and the planet.
2:30 – 3:45pm
Guided by Acupuncturist Diana Keener, practice Qi Gong forms that focus on refining the quality of earth within our bodies with the intention of protecting the earth.
Himalayan singing bowls will bathe the space with their gentle vibrations allowing for deep relaxation and a rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit. Please bring any extra blankets and pillows you may need to make yourself comfortable. Led by Elaine Wujcik.
Day pass for $75 includes all classes and a thank you gift.
Suggested donation of 25$ for individual classes and chair massages.
